How to report an Incident to Matrix Service Desk
When contacting Matrix42 Service Desk, it helps us to handle your issue more efficiently if following information is included in the original report:
1. Brief description of the issue. Please attach all possible screenshots or error messages for helping us to investigate your issue.
2. Description of when and how does the issue occur. Please include exact steps for reproducing the issue, if possible.
3. When did the issue start?
4. Are all of the users affected, or just some?
5. Please give few names of users having this issue.
6. With which browsers and browser versions you can reproduce the issue?
7. The url of the environment.
8. If the reported issue is of high priority, it is advised to also call the Service Desk to make sure that the ticket gets the right attention from the very beginning.
9. If you report an issue by phone, please file additionally a ticket with the details mentioned above to speed up the ticket processing.
