Executive Summary

The Efecte Self-service portal version 2022.3.0 introduces several improvements for existing functionalities improving the overall user experience. 

For improved user experience, there is a separate pop-up window for confirmation and error messages, providing a flexible space for longer messages. Additionally, the accessibility of ESS has been further improved. Configuring ESS is now even more powerful, with negative conditionality of additional information fields, and new conditions introduced with multi-select support for drop-down fields.

The only supported databases for this release are PostgreSQL version 9.5 and version 13.

• [ESS-14499] - Delete old tickets automatically
  • Feature available upon request to make one-time or repeating runs of mass-ticket deletions based on their update time and status type. This allows for example deleting tickets that are older than one year. Contact Service Desk for enabling the feature.
