Executive Summary
The Efecte Self-Service Portal 2022.4 release introduces new improvements for the stability and usability of the product, and introduces support for new Efecte Chat for Management.
This version supports following languages:
Czech, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, English (GB & US), Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish
This version supports following browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox ESR
- Google Chrome 50 or newer
- Safari 10 or newer
The only supported databases for this release are PostgreSQL version 9.5 and version 13.

Features
ESS-16103 Commenting setting for support channel
- New feature to enable commenting on support channel level, separately for Incidents and Service Requests, allowing more flexible configuration. Global setting can still overrule support channel level setting for commenting.
ESS-17187 Support for Efecte Chat for Service Management
- Introducing support for Efecte Chat for Service Management, which supports live chat, rule-based chatbots, and ticket creation in ESM.
