Release notes - Efecte Self-Service 2 - Version 2022.4.0

Executive summary

The first release of Efecte's Self-service 2 (ESS2) has support for the following ITSM use cases on the self-service user interface:

• Incident reporting using a single form on ESS2
• End-user service requests for single catalog orders
• Visual Workflow Automated approvals for orders
• Search for orderable items
• Interaction tracking for user's own open orders and incidents
• Unified administration to configure and define content for ESS2
•  Branding options to change the logo on the header and background image on top of the self-service homepage user-interface

The release 2022.4 also includes developed capabilities from the Beta release. The link to the release notes is here. 

Supported languages for single-language use are: English (US), German, Polish, Finnish, Swedish, and Spanish.
