Creating Views Using Search Templates
Search templates enable quick access to data with the ability to apply personalized search criteria. Search templates are indicated by a magnifying glass icon:

Process:
- Define the templates and settings for the search results.
- Establish conditions for the search, with at least one condition needed to activate the "Create Search Template" button.
- Select columns to display by default in the search results.
- Save the search template with a name and under the appropriate view permissions.

Usage
