M42 Intelligence Similarities and Classification User Manual
Similarities and Classification (formerly Virtual Coach/Effie AI Ticket) are AI feature in Matrix42 Pro platform that help service desk agents find relevant information and work more efficiently utilizing existing data. Similarities and Classification utilize natural language processing to analyze the open data card and compares it to the other data cards in the system, to provide you with accurate results and suggestions.
Enabling Similarities and Classification for a user
In order to enable Matrix42 Similarities and Classification, each user needs to enable it themselves in the User Preferences with “Enable Matrix42 Similarities and Classification”. (In versions before 2025.3, this setting is known Enable Effie AI Ticket)

Viewing content suggested by M42 Intelligence
You can access the suggested content in the M42 Intelligence view. After enabling, the user can access the Matrix42 Similarities and Classification while accessing data cards of configured templates using the M42 Intelligence icon in the top right corner below user preferences. For example, if you have configured Matrix42 Similarities and Classification for the template "Ticket", you can only see the icon when you have a Ticket open.
The list of suggestions at the top contains the suggested values for the classifying attribute defined in the configuration.
The confidence of the prediction is given on the right side of the value. It is derived by the analysis of the open data card and comparing it to the other data cards in the system. By clicking a suggested value, the value will be automatically copied to the data card on the representative attribute, and the selection will filter the Similar content. Below the suggestions are the similar items that Matrix42 Similarities and Classification has found. This allows the agent to get additional information about similar past cases that can help solve the issue.

Copy reusable values
You can reduce the manual effort spent in filling repeating values from past similar cases. If there are values to be used with the Copy on a Similar content item, the user can see those values in the Copy tool-tip by hovering over the copy button. Upon copying, the user can decide whether they want to replace possible existing values with the copy values, or add values only to empty fields. The fields available for copying are set in the configuration. You can only copy data from a data card of the same template that you have open.
