Canned responses
Canned responses are used as frequently used responses from the agent widget to allow fast replying to frequently asked questions. They are maintained in the myInteliWISE under LiveChat section.

The canned responses are maintained in a list, where a new entry can be added by providing a name and content.

All canned responses are available for all agent users in the account. Specific canned response can be searched for by the name or content in the agent widget.
