Efecte Service Management Tool 2022.4.1.1 release notes
Executive Summary
The Efecte Service Management Tool 2022.4 major release introduced an extension to the new Gantt view: the support for two templates in one view. Also, the capability to remove single emails was introduced. The release included also four UI improvements, a security improvement and several bug fixes.
The ESM 2022.4.1.1 version delivers technical support for Jeffie (a digital assistant).
