Executive Summary

The Efecte Service Management Tool 2022.4 major release introduced an extension to the new Gantt view: the support for two templates in one view. Also, the capability to remove single emails was introduced. The release included also four UI improvements, a security improvement and several bug fixes.

The release notes for ESM are provided via docs.efecte.com for the first time. In case a .pdf version of the release notes is needed, it can be printed by using the “Print to PDF” button. Previous release items can be found from the ESM 2022.3.0.1 release notes.

• The area that behaves as a link did reach outside of the actual link area on the right-hand side of the link. The area that behaves as a link was fixed - now it is limited to the link.  

CP-7010: Scandinavian characters are encoded in presentation texts

SUMA-37062: Report type -dropdown should not be activated automatically when cursor is hovering over it

• The dropdown for selecting the report type (List view, Graph, Calendar, Kanban, Gantt) can now be opened by clicking the button, instead of hovering on it.

• Unnecessary log entries were produced in cases when permissions were removed. The logging has now been simplified.  

CP-6180: "& sec" is converted as "section"-character and that breaks web link

CP-6139: Global search for phone number with '+'-before it causes error in log.
