Main View and Service Offerings

Icons in the main view symbolize various service offerings, helping to navigate users through different categories and find their desired items effectively. All service offerings are manageable through the Efecte Self-Service administration view.


Service Order Grouping

Service orders can be categorized into broader service categories for simplified user navigation. For instance, if there are several services associated with HR, these can be collectively grouped into a more significant entity, making it more straightforward for users to locate what they need.

Offering Limitations and User-Friendly Practices

Note that there is a default limitation of 750 service offerings per tenant. Moreover, to maintain user-friendly interfaces and experiences, it is recommended to employ a maximum of 30 services in the user view. Should you find a need for additional service offerings, it's advisable to contact the Efecte service desk. This step ensures that an analysis can be performed to determine how to integrate more service offerings and items while still providing an enjoyable and seamless user experience.
