Guided Offerings in ESS
Multiple service offerings can be combined to form guided offerings. These guided offerings, located in the service offerings list, facilitate a structured request process, such as during the onboarding of a new employee. Guided offerings are distinguished by a capital 'G' in their icon, as illustrated below:
Guided offerings may comprise both published and unpublished service offerings. Selecting an unpublished service offering to be part of a guided offering indirectly publishes that service offering.
Note: A single guided offering can include up to a maximum of 10 service offerings.
