Issue Domains
Issue domains serve as the initial level for specifying the relation of an incident. The responsible support channel can be defined for each domain. Note: The maximum number of issue domains is 100.

Issue Categories
Issue categories constitute the second level for incident categorization. Each category can feature its own additional information fields, facilitating the collection of more details about the challenges faced by the customer.

Note: The maximum number of categories is 100 per support domain. When exceeding 6 categories, they are selected from a drop-down list.
