Efecte Service Management 2022.4.1.3 release notes
Executive Summary
The Efecte Service Management Tool 2022.4 major release introduced an extension to the new Gantt view: the support for two templates in one view. Also, the capability to remove single emails was introduced. The release included also four UI improvements, a security improvement and several bug fixes.
The ESM 2022.4.1.3 version includes one performance improvement for improving the performance related to reference dropdown menus. Please note that due to an error in the version naming, version ESM 2022.4.1.2 does not exist.
The release notes for ESM are provided via docs.efecte.com. In case a .pdf version of the release notes is needed, it can be printed by using the “Print to PDF” button. Previous release items can be found from the ESM 2022.3.0.1 release notes.
Performance improvements
- SUMA-39329: Performance improvement related to reference dropdown menus
- The performance related to reference dropdown menus has been improved. The improvement increases the speed for presenting the first results in reference dropdown menus.
