We are excited to share the latest updates and improvements to our platform. Here's what's new:
Integration
- MS Teams Integration: Initial proof of concept for integrating Conversational AI solutions with Microsoft Teams, paving the way for enhanced collaboration and accessibility.
Feature Enhancements
- Live Chat Skill Selection: End-users can now choose the live chat department they wish to connect with, directly from the chatbot setup.
- Voicebot Scheduling: A new parameter in the voicebot configuration tree enforces the entry of future dates, ensuring data accuracy for scheduled events.
- Voicebot Hunt Groups: Added a feature to route calls to specific consultant departments in the voicebot setup based on predefined conditions.
- Campaign Management: Users can now asynchronously add multiple phone numbers in JSON format for dialer outbound campaigns.
- Operator Email Validation: Admins will now see a warning, when assigning an email address already in use to an operator, preventing conflicts.
New Tools
- Agent Live Chat Console: A revamped agent console has been developed, enabling efficient live chat interactions and deeper integration with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) systems. This update also lays the foundation for further work on native integration, opening new possibilities for seamless service delivery.
- Agent Widget – Finnish Language Support: The Agent Widget now includes support for the Finnish language, enhancing accessibility for Finnish-speaking users.
Backend & System Improvements
- Optimization of Simplifications: Significant internal optimizations have been made, including upgrading structures, simplifying integrations, and improving code modularity. These changes enhance system performance and set the stage for future features.
