Dashboards
Creating and configuring personal and role-based dashboards.
Dashboards help you see important information from different parts of the system in one place. People who run the system, or those they choose, can make dashboards for groups of users.
Note that in 2025.1 and newer versions:
- Drill down is not supported for graphs.
- Opening data cards from list view works.
- Open conditions are not supported in dashboard view.
Note:
Dashboards created in Agent UI cannot be viewed in Classic UI. Dashboards created in Classic UI are still viewable in Agent UI, depending on the used view types.
Any existing layout cannot be changed in the Agent UI, but views can still be changed within dashboards, regardless if they were created in Agent UI or Classic UI.
Your Personal Dashboard
Your own dashboard can show things like single lists, calendars, or charts that you choose.
- Begin by clicking ‘New dashboard’.
- Choose 'Personal dashboard'.
- You can put up to nine small screens, or "windowpanes", in a 3x3 pattern.
- To put a view in a windowpane, drag it there. If you want to change it, just drag another one over it.
- If you don't need a windowpane, click the Trash can button to get rid of it.
- You can move windowpanes around to make the dashboard look the way you want.
- When you're happy with it, save your dashboard and give it a name.

If you want to change your dashboard later, click the 'Edit Dashboard' button (8). Note that on the Agent UI, editing dashboards currently only includes changing the views within an existing dashboard.
To change a single view on your dashboard, click its name, switch to the view you want, and save it (9).

Role Dashboard
A role dashboard is for specific roles and only shows views for that role. Make sure the role has all the views you need for the dashboard.
- Start a group dashboard by clicking 'Create new dashboard'.
- Then click 'Role dashboard'. Note that this is only for system administrators or chosen users.
- Add windowpanes like you do for a personal dashboard.
- Drag views to windowpanes to add them, and drag new ones over if you want to change.
- Use the Trash can button to remove any parts you don't need.
- Change how the windowpanes look with the layout options.
- Save your group dashboard with a name.

Changing a group dashboard works just like changing your personal one.
