Saavutettavuusseloste
Tämä seloste koskee Efecte Self-Service -ohjelmistoa. Ohjelmistoa hallinnoi Matrix42. Se on suunniteltu niin, että mahdollisimman moni voi käyttää sitä, myös vammaiset henkilöt.
Ohjelmisto on suunniteltu täyttämään Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) -ohjeiston version 2.2 AA-taso.

Efecte Self-Service (ESS) täyttää WCAG 2.2 AA -ohjeiston vaatimukset.
Ohjelmisto testattiin viimeksi 10. joulukuuta 2024.
Tämän selosteen laatiminen
Tämä seloste on laadittu 23. tammikuuta 2025.
Seloste perustuu kesäkuussa 2024 raportoituihin saavutettavuusauditoinnin havaintoihin, jotka korjattiin ja julkaistiin ESS-versiossa 2024.2 manuaalisen ja automaattisen testauksen yhdistelmällä.

General Information About the Accessibility Statement
Our goal is to ensure that our online services serve all our customers equally, regardless of their special needs, device, or situation. We strive to prioritize accessibility as we continue to develop our online services for our customers.
This report describes the conformance product with W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Matrix42 performs WCAG audits for its software periodically. Every deficit is taken into the roadmap for future product updates. All new features are specified, designed, implemented, and tested in accordance with the WCAG 2.2 AA requirements. Our development teams also utilize automated tests and make sure new user interface items will match WCAG 2.2 AA level requirements.
Accessibility Evaluation Standards
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are developed through the W3C process in cooperation with individuals and organizations around the world to provide a single shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally. WCAG 2.2 is divided into three conformance levels (A, AA, AAA) because the success criteria are organized based on the impact they have on the design or visual presentation of the pages. Each level is defined based on a set of success criteria.

The standard level target for this tool is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Level A - Minimum
Success criteria are those which will have a high impact on a broad array of user populations. In other words, they (usually) do not focus on one type of disability alone. They will also have the lowest impact on the presentation logic and business logic of the site.
Level AA - General standard
Success criteria will also have a high impact on users. Sometimes only specific user populations will be impacted, but the impact is important. Adherence to these success criteria may impose changes to a system’s presentation logic or business
logic.
Level AAA - Advanced
Success criteria are often focused on improvements for specific user populations. They may be difficult or expensive to adhere to, depending on platform limitations.
