User Interface Customizations in ESS
Efecte Self-Service's appearance can be significantly enhanced by modifying the icon color scheme, homepage background, and other visual elements.
Adjusting Tenant Logo and Wallpaper
Users have the option to set two distinct images within the tenant settings.
Firstly, the company logo displayed in the top left corner of the Efecte Self-Service page can be customized. Although the logo is presented in a 200x65 size element, it retains its original aspect ratio after uploading.
Secondly, you can specify a background image for the homepage. This image's opacity is adjustable, ensuring it blends well with your design preferences. Please note that the file must not exceed 5 MB and should be in png format. If no background image is selected, the predefined color layout takes effect. Notably, the selected image will occupy the entire background of the homepage.
Opacity settings range from 1-100, with higher values resulting in a darker image. Should the opacity set be excessively low or high, the administrator interface will flag an error.

Defining Offering and Domain Values
Administrators have the capability to set values for the Number of domains, categories, or service items. This setting determines when the display switches from full icons to a list view. Provided the limit is not exceeded, domains, categories, or service items will continue to be displayed as full icons.

Adjusting UI Colors
The UI's color scheme is customizable and applies to various elements, including service icons (background and hover effect), problem domains (background), homepage background, and font. Users can access a color picker tool by clicking on the color box, allowing for manual color code (RGB) entry or straightforward selection. Alternatively, color changes can be made by entering the Hex color code directly into the provided field (e.g., #59595c). It is highly advisable to experiment with different color combinations to ascertain that icons are clearly visible and aesthetically pleasing in all instances.
