Panels
Panels appear as overlays in the UI and can be linked to from various places in the portal. They are used to group together similar content.
The "Filter" field allows to narrow down the information displayed by applying specific criteria. The search is applied to all the data columns. For example, typing "Incident" would display all forms with the target template "Incident" and also all the forms with the word "Incident" in their name.

The panels have their information displayed in the following columns:

Add Link
To create a new panel click on the "New Panel" button which opens up the panel creation menu:

Type the name of the panel in the name field (required).
If there is unsaved data and the user presses any button that navigates away from the current settings, a warning will advise that they will lose information if they don't choose 'Save.' Choosing 'Ignore' will navigate away without saving the current data.
Click on the Add link button to open the wizard for adding new links.

Clicking on the "Action" field opens a dropdown menu containing all possible link actions:

"Link to Product Catalog" has the following fields:

Each action displays the icon used for the link as the last field.
New Panel Group
Panel groups work similarly to "Add Link", but a panel group is works as a collection of links. Panel groups themselves are indicated as a link in the user interface.
If there is unsaved data and the user presses any button that navigates away from the current settings, a warning will advise that they will lose information if they don't choose 'Save.' Choosing 'Ignore' will navigate away without saving the current data.
To create a new panel group, click on the New Panel Group button to opens the Edit Panel Group view, which can the be used to add new links, similarly to "Add Link" functionality described above:

Fill out the name of the panel group on the Name-field (required) and the description of the panel group on the Description field. Adding links works the same as adding links single links described above.
