General info for ESS2 orders
Order items that the self-service users are browsing on the ESS2 user interface are data cards published from the ESM tool. Once the self-service user makes an order from the ESS2 on ESM side:
- new order data card is created as defined in the order settings
- copy of order item data card is created to folder as defined in the order settings
