In this article are described Efecte Self-Service Portal functionalities for requesting new entitlement creation or update.
Manage Entitlement Lifecycle use case needs to be implemented before this service can be used in the Self-Service Portal.

This use case is available only for IGA Enterprise package.

Overview |
This use case describes how user can request new IGA Entitlement to be created or updated to the directory. With new entitlement creation and update, new actual group is created automatically to the directory or directories. |

Prerequisites |
All request-able access rights (Entitlements and *Business Roles) are defined in IGA solution and they have needed information. |
Result |
IGA Request is appropriately approved and send to provisioning process. All audit details are saved and can be reported. Owner, User and manager can follow up request status in Self-Service Portal. |

Messages |
User can see own open requests and their status, and request history from Efecte Self-Service portal, so it is highly recommended that email notifications are added to IGA solution in further development phase and try to guide users to portal at the first phase. Email notifications can be also added by IGA Admin. |

Customer can define these configuration changes, without them affecting the projects schedule or work estimations.

- Publish service "Create and Update Entitlements" in ESS
- Configure EPEtask called "[Directory] IGA Entitlement: Create group"
- Configure the connection settings and after that Test connection from the EPEtask
- Define user and group filters and settings
- No need to change user identity mappings

- Configure the connection settings and after that Test connection from the EPEtask
