ESS admin can now expand or collapse a field to help configuration work. When service item fields are collapsed, the admin can see more fields at the same time and moving them higher in the list gets a lot easier.

CP-5893: Integration-hub should resend failed requests longer

Resends is sent for more than 5 minutes. Integration-hub will try to resend failed requests longer, at least for 14 days which is also in use in ESM messageQueue.

ESS-15490 Multiple approvals shown when using approver groups

When using group approvals, only one approval is shown under "Approvals" instead of showing separate row for each "approved for".

ESS-17950 CP-7116: Disable cancelling incidents

Release note

Status mappings have new option to enable or disable the "Cancelling incident" functionality. If the status has option enabled, and incident is in same status, end user cannot cancel the incident.

MyService values listed in MyThings can be sorted e.g. in ascending or descending order - depending on administrator configuration.

CP-8156: Orgdata connector doesn't respect the folderCode setting in the connector file

Release note

Two new properties were added to the ESM organization connector:

<property name="pollOnlyFromFolderCode" value="false"/> <!-- default false -->
<property name="pollOnlyVisible" value="false"/> <!-- default false -->

If pollOnlyFromFolderCode is true, the folder code will be added to the query fetching the users.
If pollOnlyVisible is true, only visible entities will be fetched.

ESS-19980 Our request performance improvement and configuration

Release note

Improved performance for Our request functionality for cases where are lots of issues.

Our request limits are now configurable for 

• day limit - how far from the past Our request tickets are fetch
• site users limit - how many users there are per site (rather remove the limit, if possible - at least make limit much higher)
• max request count - the number of tickets we show on Our request page

Configuration requires Professional Services activities. In case you are interested to change limits, please be in touch with your sales representative.
