M42 Pro Classic Self-Service 26.2 Release Notes
Executive Summary
Classic Self-Service release 26.2.0 makes it easier to move service items to Pro Self-Service (ESS2) format ahead of migration projects, and includes several usability improvements such as closing dialogs with the Esc key and clearer messaging when no ideas are available. The release also fixes a number of long-standing issues, including punchout configuration bugs, a missing validation error on the employee form, and a portal display issue affecting services and the logo.
Important Information
Releases are cumulative. The latest release includes the content of all previous releases in the same major version.
Starting with this release, Classic Self-Service version numbers follow a new 26.X.X scheme (for example, 26.2.0), replacing the previous 2026.X.X scheme (for example, 2026.2.0). This is a numbering format change only and does not affect functionality.
