Overview

This use case describes how user information received from the Customers source system and user accounts received from the Customers directory are linked based on calculated strength level.

Prerequisites

Integration to Customers source system is created.

Provisioning towards Customers directory is configured. 

Result

IGA Admin has view for comparison results and linking has being made according to settings in IGA Set Identifying Information datacards.

Operating Chain

1. IGA Admin opens IGA Set Identifying Information view, chooses "New" and fulfills needed information
   
   
   • General Information: Name, description, source system name, directory name
     
     
   • Mappings
     
     
     • Identity Storage attribute
     • Matching IGA Account attribute
     • Strength level for result
       
       
   • Automation level
     
     
     • Which strength levels are automatically linked and which ones needs IGA Admins review before linking is made.
       
       
   • When new IGA Identity Storage datacard is created workflow validates if there is existing IGA Account datacard to be linked
      
   • When new IGA Account datacard is created workflow validates if there is existing IGA Identity Storage datacard to be linked
     
     
   • Based on attribute comparison IGA solution creates a link between data received from the Customers source system or directory.
     
     
   • IGA Admin can also review users and accounts which did not match at all (orphan accounts)
