Handler - TargetDeleter

TargetDeleter handler deletes the target data card when reference is removed. In single value references, old target is deleted when the value is changed or emptied. In multivalue references targets are deleted when references are removed. Deleted targets are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

Target data card won't be deleted if it is referred by other data cards by the same attribute. It is not recommended to add TargetDeleterHandler to attributes, which target may be referred by multiple data cards.

For example, this handler is used in license management to remove installed software data cards when references to them are removed from computer data cards.
