Before Go-Live

• Technical Go-live plan is done
• Documentation is done
• Hand-over to support is done
• Licenses from production checked and asked from the SD if needs updates
  • IGA module is not missing
• Configuration transfer is done or if new environment database is copied
  • Configuration transfer steps:
  • Database is copied from test:
    • Test data is deleted
    • Provisionings is change from test to point prod
    • Target directory is changed from test to point
    • Test email is changed to prod email
    • Platform settings are checked (for example approvals settings)
• Transfer integrations is done
• Inform Cloud is done
• All the sensitive data is hidden by permissions and attribute visible settings (eg. social security number, generated passwords)
• Connection (VPN, firewall opening, credentials ect.) is checked and tested

Go-LIVE

• Provisioning & Automations are started
  • Provisioning are pointing to production directory
• Integrations are started
• Pleasant password server is containing all the needed credentials for the support
