Prerequisites |
Customer has pointed IGA Admin role to at least one Person, preferably to two Persons. Admins are managed by adding users to Efecte_IGA_Admins Directory Group. |
Result |
IGA solutions manual requests, exceptions, notifications and other daily tasks are successfully handled. |

Configuration Changes
Customer can define these configuration changes, without them affecting the projects schedule or work estimations.

Customer can choose if some of the existing notifications needs to be removed.

- Go to IGA Administration Task and workflow called "IGA Task: Manual access"
- Check the workflow nodes
- Publish the workflow
- Test the IGA Administration management
- Test user must be Efecte ESM admin. Admins are usually managed by Efecte_IGA_Admins Directory Group
- Test that user can handle manual requests
- Test that user can handle exceptions
