Deleting Templates, Classes, and Attributes

As an administrator with deletion rights, you have the capability to remove templates, classes, and attributes from the system. However, such actions should be undertaken with caution to avoid unintended data loss. Templates can be deleted directly from the Template view by selecting the desired template and clicking "Delete." Similarly, classes and attributes can be removed by marking them and selecting "Delete" in the Select classes and Select attributes views, respectively.

Deleting an item also removes it from any data cards where it was utilized, resulting in permanent loss of the associated information.

Note!

To avoid accidental deletion of important data, it is critical to carefully consider what to delete. Ensure you have a recent backup of the ESM database before proceeding with any deletions.
