Attribute Metadata - fallbackCode
Value of fallbackCode meta data is used in reference attributes to identify the String attribute where the reference match value is falled back if no reference data card could be found.
This is usable when importing data with static forms, when users doesn't to know the exact name of referenced data card.
Currently this can be used only when using static forms.
User must have write permission to fallback attribute.
