ESA is Not Updating Username
Check that the sync mode in Identity Provider configuration is not set to import. It should be force.
- Go to ESA admin
- Open Identity Provider settings from the left side panel
- Choose identity provider and check Sync mode setting. It should be set to Force
Sync modes
Select “force” to update user data at each user login.
In very special circumstances, you can import data from when the user was first created in ESA during the first login to ESA with a particular identity provider. To do this select “import”.
